Excellent visit, if hospital visits can be called such.
The appointment was reasonably on time and Dr Golding explained the problem and options lucidly, which were confirmed in a recent letter.

I am so grateful to Dr.Goulding for a thorough and professional consultation.After several months of discomfort I finally have a definitive diagnosis and a suggested course of treatment which is already having a significant effect.

Dr Goulding very quickly put me at ease and then listened to every word I had to say whilst he made lots of notes. He didn't interrupt,except to correct or advise me.
Whilst giving me a thorough examination he constantly explained what he was looking for and what he thought my condition might be.
Afterwards he explained again his diagnosis and put my mind at rest saying he would let my Doctor know his findings etc.
I can't praise Dr Goulding enough and only having met him once!
One tiny flaw in my dealings with Dr Goulding was to do with the secure email I had from him and the code I was txt'd to open it.
The code didn't work on my laptop and wouldn't give me access to the email.
My laptop is an old Mac. A short phone call to his secretary (Mrs K.Organ) and the letter arrived 2 days later.

Dr Jon Goulding is by far the best and most helpful doctor I've seen in 17 years. He was relaxed, calm and didn't rush me like most other doctors do. He took time to get to know where I was with my education ,future aspirations and the problems I had with my skin. He assessed my condition and took time to explain what he thought it was. He then listed what he would recommend and for a three month follow up.
Overall a great doctor that listens and puts treatment quality first instead of patient quantity. Would highly recommend.
